Homeschooling

We went to Yakima for a bowling field trip with K12 WAVA. Here the kids get to play as many games of bowling that they want and hang out with new and old homeschooled friends. Even Firecrack tried his best at getting the bowling ball down the lane. Once he even ran down lane trying to be a human bowling ball. 9/20o9

Baby Girl is making flower fairies to go along with her fairy alphabet book that she will be making for school. I found this idea at my favorite homeschool blog, Serendipity. 9/2009

Baby Girl gets ready for the Winterland Ice skating party in Wenatchee. She built and decorated a ginger bread house with the help from her brothers. I think we has to redo a few parts because of the snacking that was going on before the frosting dried. 12/2009

This was the first time for the kids to go ice skating. It took a bit for them to get the hang of it. Both boys used buckets to lean on for balance. This was one of the funniest things ever to see. My big boys out on the ice with safety buckets along with the kinder kids. After a few passes around the rink the boys got brave enough to ditch the buckets. 12/2009

Baby Girl won a Christmas ornament for her ginger bread house. Way to go Princess!
