Family Photos

Leonardo turns nine! He made fruit salad for his breakfast for dinner birthday meal. He made out in gifts and ate a large piece of cake of his favorite baseball team. 9/2009

Christmas 12/2009

Our good friends Ms. Sue and Miss Jessica came over for a fun afternoon of ginger bread house making. Not only did we all eat gobs of candy, but we had yummy desserts too. We all had a tummy ache by the time the afternoon was over. Love the picture of everyone the couch with a sour gut and coming off the sugar high.

A short very short visit from my niece and nephew from Greatfalls, MT.

A few self photography photos. Leonardo didn't want to be apart of this embarrassing moment.

Homeschooling

We went to Yakima for a bowling field trip with K12 WAVA. Here the kids get to play as many games of bowling that they want and hang out with new and old homeschooled friends. Even Firecrack tried his best at getting the bowling ball down the lane. Once he even ran down lane trying to be a human bowling ball. 9/20o9

Baby Girl is making flower fairies to go along with her fairy alphabet book that she will be making for school. I found this idea at my favorite homeschool blog, Serendipity. 9/2009

Baby Girl gets ready for the Winterland Ice skating party in Wenatchee. She built and decorated a ginger bread house with the help from her brothers. I think we has to redo a few parts because of the snacking that was going on before the frosting dried. 12/2009

This was the first time for the kids to go ice skating. It took a bit for them to get the hang of it. Both boys used buckets to lean on for balance. This was one of the funniest things ever to see. My big boys out on the ice with safety buckets along with the kinder kids. After a few passes around the rink the boys got brave enough to ditch the buckets. 12/2009

Baby Girl won a Christmas ornament for her ginger bread house. Way to go Princess!

Sweetpea is going to be a mum!

Sweetpea and T get ready for the birth of their first baby due on March 21st. Here are a few baby bump photos of Sweetpea pregnancy.

Bookworm and school

Last September Bookworm started a new school. My dream was and still is-one day be able to homeschool Bookworm, but at the time that simply isn't possible with all the "mommy issues" that she has because of her attachment disorder. The next best thing for us was Ellensburg Christain School. What a blessing it was for all of us to have Bookworm start the private school and we love what ECS has to offer! Here are a few photos of Bookworm at ECS.
